Weekly Renovation Content Package

Service Description

Overview Thank you for considering TrilShots to document your renovation projects. Consistent, professional content helps showcase progress, build trust with potential buyers and investors, and create engaging material for social media and marketing. This package is designed to provide fresh content every week while keeping the process simple and efficient. Scope of Services Weekly On-Site Visit One (1) scheduled visit per week Time on Site Approximately 1 hour During each visit I will capture: Interior and exterior photos Short-form video clips Progress updates throughout the renovation Detail shots highlighting craftsmanship and finishes Behind-the-scenes footage when appropriate Immediate Content Delivery At the conclusion of each visit, I will: AirDrop (or transfer) raw video clips directly to your phone or device for immediate use on social media. This allows you to post updates the same day if desired. Edited Content Following each visit, I will deliver: Professionally edited high-resolution photos One edited vertical social media reel highlighting the week's progress Color correction and basic enhancements Digital delivery through an online gallery or download link Turnaround: Within 2–3 business days after each visit. Investment Weekly Content Package $150 per weekly visit Includes: 1-hour on-site content capture Immediate transfer of raw video clips Professionally edited photos One edited social media reel Online delivery Scheduling Visits will occur on the same day each week unless otherwise agreed. Additional visits requested outside the weekly schedule are billed at $150 per hour. Payment Invoices will be issued: Weekly after each visit or Monthly (4 visits billed together), depending on your preference. Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.
